The Opportunity: Your Foundation, Our Craft
We are investing in dedicated youth professionals (3+ years experience in disciplines like Gymnastics, Martial Arts, or Swimming) to transform them into **Specialist Parkour Movement Coaches**.
**Crucially, you do not need to be a Parkour athlete to apply.** We recognise that you have already spent years mastering a deep pedagogical foundation, the "Psychology" of coaching.
We will provide the "Craft" (the technical movement and progressions) through our structured training program.

- **The "White Belt" Mentality:** Despite your years of experience, you have the humility to be a student again. You are ready to engage with radical candor and constant feedback to sharpen your delivery.

What You Will Do
- **Master the EBA System:** Learn to apply our signature Explore, Build, Apply methodology. A system designed to foster student agency by allowing discovery and ownership of their journey.
- **Lead with Psychological Depth:** Use the three-part **Notice → Connect → Redirect** formula and other tools to manage behaviour with empathy and clear boundaries.
- **Coach for Independence:** Help students aged 3 and up navigate real risk and consequence, teaching them to make their own decisions.
- **Bridge the Gap:** Complete our exclusive, application-based training course that focuses on how to coach in a parkour environment where there are multiple solutions to every challenge.
What We Offer
- **Full Technical Training:** Comprehensive training in Parkour movement and progressions - no prior experience in the sport is necessary.
- **Employment:** Full-time UAE labor contract with an expected start date in August 2026.
- **Benefits:** Comprehensive package including visa sponsorship, health insurance, paid annual leave, and a yearly flight allowance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in youth coaching (ages 3+).
- A recognized coaching certification in your current sport.
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate.
- A commitment to the Four Pillars of our development: Process, Craft, Psychology, and Culture.
The Selection Process

- **Invitation to Train:** Attend our exclusive 2 day (four hours per day) "Introduction to Parkour Coaching" course (Free of charge).
- **Final Selection:** Successful course participants will proceed to full employee onboarding in August.
