Our agile digital twins provide clarity in situations where information is typically scattered across multiple systems.
We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine Artist to join our Dubai team.
This role is suited to someone with a strong architectural or infrastructure visualisation background who understands how to take complex design information from multiple sources and turn them into clean, optimised, real-time environments inside Unreal Engine.
You must be comfortable working with large-scale architectural assets, handling imperfect datasets, coordinating models from different disciplines and maintaining visual quality while ensuring performance and usability.
Responsibilities
- Import, organise and optimise large architectural and infrastructure models within Unreal Engine
- Work from source material including 3ds Max, Revit, CAD and other BIM/model formats
- Clean, structure and manage complex scene hierarchies and asset libraries
- Build high-quality real-time environments for presentations, walkthroughs and interactive experiences
- Collaborate with artists, developers and project leads to create scalable project pipelines
- Optimise lighting, materials, textures and geometry for performance and visual quality
- Assist in establishing workflows for federated project environments and digital twin experiences
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to geometry, shaders, performance and data organisation
- Support ongoing R&D around real-time workflows, interaction and spatial platforms
Requirements
- Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience working on large-scale architectural or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience handling complex architectural assets for projects such as airports, rail, transport infrastructure, masterplans or major developments
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine in a professional studio or architectural practice environment
- Proven experience working from 3ds Max, Revit and related AEC workflows
- Strong understanding of model optimisation, scene organisation and real-time rendering constraints
- Ability to manage and structure large, multi-disciplinary project datasets
- Strong eye for architectural composition, lighting and visual quality
- Experience with Datasmith and real-time pipeline workflows
- Understanding of performance optimisation for interactive experiences
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems proactively
Desirable Skills
- Experience with interactive workflows and presentation systems
- Experience with BIM coordination or federated model environments
- Blueprint knowledge
- Experience with pixel streaming or cloud-based deployment workflows
- Familiarity with GIS, digital twin or data-driven environments
