About This Role
Overview
- CleanMyShoes, the premium shoe care division of Swabi Laundry, is hiring an experienced craftsman to join our restoration workshop in Dubai.
- The role
- You will handle the full restoration scope for our customers:
- Leather dress and luxury shoe repair (Berluti, Tod's, Loake, Allen Edmonds, Santoni)
- Sneaker restoration and customization (Air Jordan, Yeezy, Nike, Adidas) — sole swaps, deep cleaning, color restoration, repaints
- Leather bags and accessories — stitching, edge paint, hardware replacement, conditioning
- What you bring
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in shoe repair, restoration, or cobbling
- Currently in UAE with cancellable / transferable visa
- Strong skills in resoling, stitching, leather dyeing, edge painting, leather conditioning
- Bonus: sneaker restoration experience, familiarity with luxury brands and materials
- What we offer
- Salary: AED 2,500-3,500 (based on experience and skill test)
- Shared accommodation provided
- Employment visa, Emirates ID, and health insurance (per UAE labour law)
- Annual leave + return air ticket on every 2 years of service
