Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 Flat Rate

Schedule: Full Time

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles according to manufacturer standards

Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs

Complete maintenance services

Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors

Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience

We prefer familiarity with Nissan dealership operations.

Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities

ASE certifications and Ford certifications are an advantage

Maintain high productivity while delivering quality flat-rate hours.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00.

This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
