- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of active, verifiable experience as a residential or commercial secondary market agent **specifically within the Dubai market**.
- **Track Record:** A proven history of successful sales/leasing transactions and a strong personal network or database of property owners and buyers.
- **Skills:** Expert negotiation skills, deep knowledge of Dubai's communities, and complete familiarity with DLD laws, Unified Contracts (Form A, B, F), and transfer procedures.
- **Driver’s License:** Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle are required.
