Role Description
The Experienced Rider role at Jeff Hamilton Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The rider will be responsible for safely transporting goods or documents between designated locations, following established routes and schedules.
Daily tasks include inspecting and maintaining the assigned motorcycle or vehicle, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, and keeping clear records of completed trips.
The rider will communicate with dispatch or supervisors to receive assignments, report any issues or delays, and uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.
The role also involves adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols while representing the company in a courteous and reliable manner.
Qualifications
- Strong riding skills with a valid motorcycle or relevant driving license and a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Dubai.
- Ability to manage time effectively, follow schedules, and handle multiple deliveries with attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Reliability and integrity, with a focus on safety, customer service, and respectful behavior in diverse environments.
- Physical fitness sufficient for extended riding and handling packages as required.
- Previous experience as a professional rider, courier, or delivery driver is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site full time and adapt to company procedures and performance standards.
