Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients; answer calls and messages; manage inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; coordinate the calendar with salon specialists and maintain client booking records.
• Explain services, prices, packages, and promotions; process payments and receipts accurately.
• Follow up with clients, maintain an organized reception area, and support daily salon operations.
• Promote salon services, products, memberships, and special offers while maintaining hygiene and customer-service standards.

Requirements

• Proven receptionist experience; salon, spa, beauty clinic, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills, organization, time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Good computer skills and experience with booking or point-of-sale systems.
• Fluent English required; Arabic or other languages advantageous. Previous Qatar or GCC experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a busy salon environment.
