EVA Real Estate is expanding rapidly across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and international markets including Georgia, Switzerland, Uzbekistan, and Oman — and we’re looking for driven, bilingual real estate professionals to join our high-performing team.

• What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage resale & leasing listings (apartments, villas, and commercial properties).
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Work daily with fresh qualified leads provided by the company.
- Build and grow your own client portfolio and personal brand.
- Become an Area Specialist in Dubai’s secondary market.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced real estate agents ready to close more deals.
- Ambitious, hungry individuals who want to earn big in Dubai real estate.
- Professionals with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred, especially speakers of:
- German
- Italian
- French
- Russian
- Polish
- Chinese
- Farsi
- Freshers with exceptional discipline and a sales mindset may also apply.
