Rail Infrastructure Automation Projects
across the
Middle East Region.
We specialize in delivering advanced
automation, monitoring, and control solutions
for critical rail infrastructure, including
station control systems, tunnel ventilation systems, pumping stations, utility control systems, depot systems, and centralized SCADA monitoring platforms
.
Our projects involve complex integration of
PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, industrial communication networks, and field control devices
to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient railway operations.
Our scope covers complete project execution including
system design, engineering, software development, panel integration, FAT, SAT, site installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover
.
We work on mission-critical systems where reliability, safety, and real-time monitoring are essential.
As part of our growth, we are looking for highly experienced and motivated professionals with strong backgrounds in
Rail / Metro automation projects
, particularly candidates with hands-on expertise in
Honeywell systems
, industrial control systems, system integration, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and commission
- PLC, RTU, HMI, and SCADA-based control systems
- for rail infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, review, and implement:
- Control Philosophy
• Cause & Effect Matrix
- IO Lists
- Technical submittals
- Wiring diagrams and panel drawings
- Develop and modify control logic, interlocks, alarms, and operational sequences.
- Configure and integrate:
- PLC systems
- RTUs
- HMI / SCADA platforms
- Communication interfaces and industrial networks
- Handle third-party system integration and interface coordination.
- Perform FAT, SAT, troubleshooting, and site commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Ensure project execution complies with technical specifications, rail standards, safety regulations, and deadlines.
- Support documentation, testing reports, as-built submissions, and final project handover.
Required Experience
5+ years
of relevant experience in
Rail And Metro And Railway Automation Projects
✔ Strong hands-on knowledge of
PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, and Control Systems
✔ Experience with
Honeywell systems is highly preferred / mandatory
✔ Experience in system integration, testing, and commissioning
✔ Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
✔ Good understanding of control panel architecture and instrumentation
✔ Ability to manage engineering and site activities under tight project schedules
Preferred Technical Skills
- Honeywell EBI / DCS / SCADA Systems
- PLC programming (
Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block
- )
- SCADA graphics and alarm management
- Industrial communication protocols such as:
- Modbus
- DNP3
- BACnet
- OPC
- IEC 61850
- Network architecture and control system integration
- FAT / SAT documentation and commissioning reports
