Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Outdoor Sales role based in Dubai.

The person in this role will prospect and visit potential and existing clients, present product offerings, and identify customer needs to propose suitable solutions.

Daily tasks include scheduling and attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.

The role involves maintaining an active sales pipeline, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The individual will also gather market feedback, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proven sales and outdoor sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in sales management or leading sales initiatives, including planning and reporting.
  • Ability to provide basic training or product guidance to customers and support staff when needed.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer records.
  • Prior experience in trading, distribution, or a similar commercial environment in the UAE is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
