As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled, experienced, and tech-savvy General Dentist to join our elite clinical team.
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber General Dentist who brings a strong track record of clinical excellence within the Abu Dhabi healthcare landscape.
This role is unique: beyond providing top-tier dental treatments, you will leverage your deep understanding of local insurance systems and electronic medical records to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- **Clinical Excellence:** Diagnose, prevent, and treat a wide range of oral health issues, performing routine and advanced general dental procedures (restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and prosthodontic treatments) with precision.
- **Patient Care & Retention:** Deliver empathetic, high-quality care that builds long-term trust, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning and clear patient communication.
- **Accurate Clinical Coding:** Apply your extensive knowledge of clinical coding (including dental procedures, diagnosis codes, and local insurance guidelines) to ensure precise, audit-ready clinical documentation.
- **EMR Utilization:** Manage patient records flawlessly using the **DOK32 Electronic Medical Record (EMR)** system, ensuring all clinical notes, charting, and treatment plans are accurately logged in real time.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain strict adherence to Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Licensure:** Valid Department of Health (DoH/HAAD) license or eligibility letter as a General Dentist.
- **Abu Dhabi Experience:** A minimum of **5 years of continuous, verifiable clinical experience working within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi**.
- **Tech & System Proficiency:** Hands-on, practical knowledge and working experience with the **DOK32 EMR** system is highly preferred/required.
- **Coding Expertise:** Proven understanding of clinical coding practices specific to UAE dental insurance processing and documentation.
- **Languages:** Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Fluency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
- **Soft Skills:** Outstanding communication skills, strong ethical standards, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
