Overview

Job Responsibilities

• **Office Management:** Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
• **Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for emails, phone calls, and visitor management.
• **Filing & Documentation:** Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for both administrative and confidential financial records.
• **BOQ Preparation:** Prepare BOQ for Home Automation quotes.
• **Accounts Payable & Receivable:** Process and verify vendor invoices, track purchase orders, and follow up on client payments.
• **Bookkeeping:** Record daily financial transactions into internal accounting databases or spreadsheets.
• **Expense Tracking:** Manage employee expense reports, petty cash, and vendor disbursement.
• **Payroll & Compliance Support:** Assist in processing payroll, managing employee attendance logs, and coordinating with external tax or audit firms.
• **Candidate with admin experience in real estate firms would be given preference.**
• **Candidate should be available in UAE for immediate joining.**
• **Candidates having own Visa will be given preference.**
