About This Role
Overview
We are a growing F&B group operating multiple restaurant outlets in Dubai, seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive commercial performance at outlet level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, consistent service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20–50+ staff
- Drive revenue through upselling, covers management, and exceptional guest experience
- Manage food and beverage costs, wastage, and stock controls within set targets
- Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu execution, specials, and quality standards
- Produce weekly reports on sales, staffing, and operational KPIs for senior management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of outlet staff
Requirements
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally within a multi-outlet group
- Proven track record managing high-volume, fast-paced dining environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
- Solid understanding of P&L, food cost, and labour cost management
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Excellent communication and guest-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent; preferred but not essential
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
