- We're building a curated network of independent strategy consultants for ongoing mandates with government and private sector clients across Abu Dhabi and KSA.
- If you've spent years at a top-tier firm and now operate independently, we give you direct access to the projects without the sourcing overhead.
- What we're working on
- Our current mandates span Human Capital, Economic Development, Operations, Digital Transformation, and Social Development — typically with senior government stakeholders who expect MBB-caliber delivery.
- Who this is for
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, ideally with time at MBB, or top-tier strategy consulting houses
- Demonstrated experience delivering in the GCC — you understand the client culture, pace, and decision-making
- Comfortable leading workstreams independently: problem structuring, stakeholder workshops, executive-ready deliverables
- Arabic is a strong plus
- Based in or willing to travel to the UAE / KSA
