Responsibilities
- Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls.
- Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and forums.
- Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards.
- Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Be aware of market conditions and adapt to succeed.
- Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market and to assist the Head of Prime Residential in selecting new projects to sell, as and when needed.
- Ensure that applicant visits to the marketing suites and viewings are conducted in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to protocol outlined by the client and Knight Frank.
- Assist in the organisation of events and promotional initiatives both locally and internationally.
- Assist where required in the planning of project campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships to drive awareness and sales to the assigned projects.
- Act as the representative and face of the assigned projects and to uphold the values of Knight Frank through ethical best practice.
- Maintain an up-to-date market knowledge of existing and new developments.
- Progress sales by liaising with buyers and developers to ensure timely signatures of sales and purchase agreements (SPAs), and regular reporting of the same to the Head of Prime Residential.
- Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information and cross selling of business services.
- Meet Knight Frank Best Practice standards at all times.
- Provide efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
- Ensure the use of standardized Knight Frank documentation when reporting to clients, and where required to personally provide written reports, ensure that these meet the required professional standard.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations and legal requirements, including customer due diligence and anti-money laundering.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
- Other tasks as required.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bacheloru2019s degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successful Residential sales in the UAE or internationally.
- Knowledge of regional real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to accept responsibility for delegated tasks.
- Ability to public speak or present at events.
- Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
- Certifications and Licenses: RERA card required. MRICS desired but not essential. UAE driving license required.
- Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
