Experienced Brewers

At Stone & Wood, we’re all about brewing good beer and doing good in the process. With strong roots in our local community and a firm commitment to sustainability, we’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about what’s next. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for multiple motivated and experienced Brewers to join us on a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery. You’ll get to work with a passionate crew who care about quality, sustainability, and having a good time doing it. Shift requirement: This is a rotating shift role across our 3-shift weekly pattern: Day Shift: 6am – 2pm Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm Night Shift: 10pm – 6am What we’re looking for: We’re after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You’ll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we’re proud of. A few things that will help you hit the ground running: Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing (a plus, but not essential) A background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering A curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement A reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude And of course... a love of great beer! If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the world of brewing, and be part of something special—we’d love to hear from you. Already part of the Stone & Wood crew?
