We are hiring experienced barbers for Dream Fade Gents Salon.
Positions:
- Afro Barber (Fades, braids, twists, locs preferred)
- Arab Barber (fades, beard styling, classic grooming, Keratin)
Requirements:
- Strong experience in your specialty
- Good customer service and professional attitude
- Ability to upsell and recommend services
- Team player with a performance mindset
We are looking for barbers who are serious about their work and want to grow their income based on performance.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + commission based on performance
