About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Tax Consultant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory requirements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities
- Monitor cash flow and report financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized documentation and filing of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with UAE accounting/tax consultant experience will have an added advantage
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
