Overview
- Good knowledge about INCO terms, customs documentation and general shipping & logistics documentation and approvals. Creation and execution of Import / Export / Transfer BOE. Document submission to customs. Filling of the documents. Aware of Mirsal 1 – 11. Post Documentation, preparing export Invoices, packing Lists under Letters of credit, tracking Shipments, Coordination with suppliers and clients.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation procedures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transactions.
- Checking the documents thoroughly. Organize and facilitate the storage and distribution of goods. Involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.
- Able to handle day to day activities and on time communication with all involving parties. Possess sound organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within fast paced and assertive team.
- Shall possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving abilities, attention to detail & good time management.
