Your Role as Production Manager
As Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our projects.
From interior fit-outs to exhibitions, your expertise will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete execution of projects, ensuring excellence at every stage
- Develop and maintain timelines and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Estimate project costs accurately and manage budgets effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, sales) and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in production management within the exhibitions, events, or interiors sector
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
