Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of large-scale exhibitions and events.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the project-including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics-while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This role requires strategic leadership to deliver exceptional event experiences with budget, timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management of exhibitions, including sales, marketing, operations, and related project aspects.
  • Take full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, and expenditure management.
  • Develop and implement advertising , marketing, and PR campaigns, including content creation and briefing.
  • Collaborate with design agencies, printers, translators, and advertising partners on promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with exhibition contractors, suppliers and exhibitors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage revenue streams and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Plan Exhibition layouts and event programs, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and demos.
  • Sell exhibition spaces to potential exhibitors and drive sponsorship acquisition.
  • Supervise the build-up, dismantling, and removal of exhibition stands.
  • Deliver presentations to potential clients to promote event participation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify innovative event strategies.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements with flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the exhibition, conference, and event industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and related software.
  • Strong industry awareness and market insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and management capabilities.
  • Valid Qatar driver's license.

Salary Package

  • QAR 30,000 to QAR 40.000 plus commission
