About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to oversee our pastry and dessert operations across our outlets.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and passionate about modern café-style pastries and desserts that complement a premium coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery production
- Create innovative desserts, pastries, cakes, and seasonal menu items
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all products
- Monitor inventory, food costing, ordering, and wastage control
- Train, supervise, and motivate the pastry team
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with management and barista teams on menu development and pairing concepts
- Improve operational efficiency while maintaining product excellence
What We’re Looking For
✅ 4–6 years of professional pastry experience
✅ Minimum 2 years in a leadership or Executive Pastry Chef role
✅ Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and café-style desserts
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✅ Experience in recipe standardization and cost control
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Pastry Arts or Culinary certification is an advantage
