The Senior Transport Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods and personnel. This role requires strong coordination skills, compliance with regulatory standards, and the ability to optimize routes and resources for efficiency.

Transport Planning & Coordination: Plan and schedule transportation activities for inbound and outbound shipments. Optimize routes and vehicle utilization to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.

Fleet Management: Monitor and maintain company vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Coordinate with vendors for vehicle leasing, repairs, and insurance renewals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.

Excellent planning, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management software.

Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in transport/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Knowledge of local and national transport regulations.
