We're looking for a
Client Servicing Account Manager
to act as the bridge between our creative, strategy, and delivery teams—and our valued clients.
You’ll own the client relationship, ensure seamless campaign execution, and identify opportunities to elevate both experience and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and campaign objectives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and feedback loops across departments
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams
- Coordinate with design, content, media, and tech teams to ensure deliverables are high-quality and on time
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs
- Maintain strong documentation and reporting of client interactions, proposals, and project progress
- Troubleshoot issues quickly while keeping client satisfaction high
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
- Proven 1-3 years of client servicing or account management experience in an advertising, digital, or media agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
