  • 5+ years of direct experience supporting C-suite or equivalent executive population.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility and organizational impact.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, network infrastructure, security principles, and cloud/SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning technical compliance processes such as legal holds, data retention, and eDiscovery.

  • History of defining and executing multi-year technical roadmaps and strategies.
  • Experience assessing and mitigating security threats in high-sensitivity environments.
  • Track record of exercising judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices such as risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development such as prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tooling.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents using LLMs, APIs, or automation platforms.
  • Experience with MDM platforms and zero-touch deployment at scale.
  • Expertise in video conferencing technologies and AV systems for executive environments.
