Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Executive / Senior Executive - Sales & Carrier Relationship Team (Voice/SMS).
- The Executive / Senior Executive - Sales & Carrier Relationship Team (Voice/SMS) will be responsible for :
- Maintain and develop strong carrier relationships.
- Handle sales communication and client coordination.
- Negotiate rates and business opportunities with partners.
- Monitor daily operational and sales activities.
- Achieve company sales targets and business goals.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mandatory proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Key Account Management and handling client performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business planning capabilities to develop effective account strategies.
- High commitment to customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Honest, dedicated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in the ISP, Carrier, SMS, Call Center, or Telesales industries is highly preferred.
