- **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of the Managing Director and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum **3–5 years** of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent command of **English** (written and spoken). Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document preparation, report writing, and business correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Maintain confidential company records, contracts, and documentation.
- Organize business travel, hotel bookings, visas, and itineraries when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement of administrative materials.
- Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform other executive administrative duties as assigned.
- Arabic speaking will be an advantage
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
