Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with international manufacturers and distributors.
• Manage orders from purchase order through shipment and final delivery; follow up on quotations, invoices, payments, production, and logistics.
• Coordinate product registration and regulatory documentation; organize agreements, authorization letters, and commercial documents.
• Support distributors with technical, scientific, marketing, and product information.
• Coordinate government and private tenders, including pricing and required documents.
• Support CEO meetings, operational follow-ups, and weekly action plans; attend meetings, exhibitions, and conferences when required.
• Travel for distributor meetings, exhibitions, and company projects when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, supply chain, distributor management, or a similar role.
• Healthcare or medical industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good English communication skills; willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
