Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent is required.
- More than six years of related Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search experience supporting large-staff organizations is essential.
- The role calls for extensive specialized expertise, expert guidance, and recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive search mandates from brief to placement and deliver senior appointments to schedule and quality standards.
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, critical-role identification, internal talent assessment, and successor mapping.
- Build regional leadership pipelines using search insights, market intelligence, and internal talent data.
- Research and engage passive senior candidates and maintain leadership talent networks across regions.
- Meet clients and stakeholders in person; coordinate regional search requirements, timelines, and communications.
- Conduct market mapping, talent benchmarking, and candidate research and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage business leaders, hiring managers, regional teams, agencies, and other partners; advise on search strategy and best practices.
- Maintain ATS and CRM tools, manage pipelines and metrics, and identify process improvements.
- Support offers, negotiation, and onboarding; stand in for the Head of Talent Acquisition during leave.
- Ensure recruitment compliance across regions and contribute to process optimization and data-driven search projects.
