Role Description

The Executive Sales Representative – Horeca is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, focused on driving sales and brand presence in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering outlets.

The role involves identifying and approaching new Horeca clients, managing existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets for BBG’s health food and premium snack portfolio.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting product ranges, negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines, and ensuring timely order processing in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

The Executive Sales Representative will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and promotional initiatives.

This position also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, attending industry events when needed, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the Horeca or food & beverage sector, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to develop and retain key Horeca clients.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with confidence in meeting decision-makers at hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is an advantage, particularly in relation to HACCP and ISO-compliant operations.
  • High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently in an on-site, field-focused role.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages relevant to the Qatar market are a plus.
  • Valid driving license in Qatar and willingness to travel within Doha and surrounding areas for client visits.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
