Role Description
The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding PVF’s client base.
This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and promoting the firm’s financial services and advisory solutions.
The Executive Sales Representative will build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals in alignment with company policies.
Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal advisory teams, staying informed about market trends and PVF products, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
The role also requires active participation in networking events and client meetings to strengthen PVF’s presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in consultative sales, client relationship management, and business development within financial services.
- Ability to understand and communicate financial planning, investment, and corporate advisory concepts clearly to diverse clients.
- Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional, and persuasive interaction.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant sales or finance certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in financial brokerage, banking, investment, or advisory roles, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
- Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- High ethical standards, commitment to client confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
