Role Description
The Executive Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in healthcare and industrial sectors, and promoting

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
This role requires active engagement in the field, consistent follow-up with stakeholders, and ongoing market research to support strategic growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of waste management, environmental services, or related industrial/healthcare sectors, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital sales tools, and basic office software for reporting and pipeline management.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the UAE or GCC region, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, conduct client visits, and travel within the UAE as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English; (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
- Driving Licence is an advantage.
