Role Description
The Executive Sales Representative will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by promoting logistics and freight forwarding services, including cross stuffing, auto logistics, warehousing, and complete freight solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involving daily customer outreach, relationship management, and negotiation of rates and contracts.
The role includes preparing proposals, following up on leads, conducting market research, and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and timely shipments.
The Executive Sales Representative will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building within logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
- 2-3 years experience required.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication, with the capacity to explain complex logistics solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools to monitor and report on performance.
- Practical understanding of international shipping processes, incoterms, and logistics concepts such as cross stuffing, auto logistics, and warehousing (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools and platforms to support sales and reporting activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in international trade or the region are an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong customer-centric mindset and ethical, inclusive approach to business.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
