About This Role
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by generating leads, closing deals over the phone, and nurturing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers using provided scripts.
- Inform prospects about our products and services, answer their questions, and probe needs to close sales.
- Refer qualified leads to the field sales team as needed.
- Accurately enter and update customer data in the database.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of ERP business solutions.
- Process orders precisely and go the extra mile to hit sales quotas and support future opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and key insights.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, Accounts).
- Ability to quickly learn products/services and explain them effectively to prospects.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-headed resilience to handle rejection.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities to resolve issues, address complaints, and build lasting relationships.
