About This Role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by generating leads, closing deals over the phone, and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers using provided scripts.
  • Inform prospects about our products and services, answer their questions, and probe needs to close sales.
  • Refer qualified leads to the field sales team as needed.
  • Accurately enter and update customer data in the database.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of ERP business solutions.
  • Process orders precisely and go the extra mile to hit sales quotas and support future opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and key insights.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of relevant ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, Accounts).
  • Ability to quickly learn products/services and explain them effectively to prospects.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-headed resilience to handle rejection.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities to resolve issues, address complaints, and build lasting relationships.
