Overview
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized **Executive Representative** to support daily business operations and represent the company in both external and internal tasks.
This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The ideal candidate will act as a key support to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in external activities such as purchases, deliveries, collections, and official errands
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Assist management with various business-related requirements
- Drive company vehicle when required
- Ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks
- Maintain a professional image while representing the company
- Support general office operations and field activities
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Professional attitude, reliability, and responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Familiarity with UAE roads and locations
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
