Role Description
The Executive Recruitment Manager is a part-time role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and select academic and professional talent aligned with NLD’s mission.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and supporting selection decisions.
The Executive Recruitment Manager will collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects NLD’s values.
The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to partner effectively with academic and administrative leaders.
- Knowledge of fair, unbiased, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and familiarity with relevant employment guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage candidates and represent the organization professionally.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions in a part-time, hybrid work environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and applicant tracking systems, and ability to work effectively both on-site in Abu Dhabi and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications or HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience recruiting in the education or learning and development sector is preferred but not mandatory.
