Keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, rental prices, sizes, features and amenities provided. Keep up to date with the RERA regulations on rent increases and applicable laws relating to renewals for all related locations.

Market awareness on best practices followed for cases related to payment defaults, terminations, violations & breach of contractual terms.

Effective communication & response to tenant's queries and concerns in a timely manner by cultivating positive relationships with tenants to improve their overall living experience and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with relevant internal/external entities for all matters related to leasing units/buildings.
