Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support a Fashion Designer in managing daily operations, communications and industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, correspondence, and professional communications
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media, influencers, buyers, and partners
- Assist with fashion events, launches, and fashion week activities
- Support administrative, business, and personal tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- 2–5 years of experience in fashion, luxury, PR, marketing, creative industries, or executive support
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, fashion weeks, PR, influencers, and media relations
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and fashion marketing trends
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with designers, fashion houses, luxury brands, or high-profile executives
- Existing connections within fashion, PR, marketing, or media industries
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury brand representation
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours during events and fashion weeks
4,000 AED
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
