I. Position Summary
The role is responsible for providing end-to-end People Operations support at the country/branch level, ensuring smooth execution of all People operational processes. This includes employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination , compliance with local labour regulations, HR administration, and acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. The role supports the implementation of People policies, fosters positive employee relations, and ensures accurate and timely HR data and reporting.
1. Responsibility and Authority

Support Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and offer management ( 100% Egypt & Qatar ).

Manage complete onboarding processes including contracts, visas, systems access, welcome communication, employee benefits, and induction coordination as per SOP and SLA.

Maintain and update employee profiles, and Employee Confidential Files (ECF) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

Maintain updated monthly manpower data and generate HR reports as required (100% Egypt & Qatar).

Track and monitor employee probation periods, ensuring timely reminders, follow-ups, and documentation of confirmation/exit decisions.

Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring policy adherence and timely updates for payroll processing.

Support payroll preparation by providing attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and any required transactional inputs; coordinate with regional payroll team to ensure accuracy.

Provide support to People Business Partner (PBP) on disciplinary cases, PIP processes, conflict management, grievance handling, survey, and training needs analysis.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees on People-related matters, escalating as necessary.

Ensure implementation and compliance of People policies, procedures, and statutory requirements within the country/branch.

Manage Government systems (MOL/Pension fund/immigration/QIWA/GOSI/PASI) registrations, visa processes, labour contracts, renewals, and ensure full government compliance.

Conduct exit interviews, manage offboarding processes, and ensure timely completion of end-of-service benefits and clearance procedures as per SLA.

Maintain trackers for key People Ops activities ( recruitment , onboarding, probation, training, exit management, visa/insurance renewals, etc.) with clear SLAs and status updates.

Manage employee engagement and wellbeing programs including service awards, wellness initiatives, and internal events.

Coordinate with insurance providers on employee medical, life, and other insurance updates, renewals, and claims support.

Manage People Operations-related vendor services (car rental, air tickets, SIM cards, business cards, medical insurance, etc.) in coordination with branch admin.

Act as a communication link between the regional People team and the country/branch to ensure alignment, timely updates, and smooth execution of HR initiatives. Provide operational support to People Operations Manager for projects, audits, mandatory training, data requests, and continuous improvement initiatives .

Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.

Contribute positively to People team initiatives, culture, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all PEOPLE processes and deliverables.

Responsible for country-specific labour law compliance and documentation.

Coordinate closely with regional teams to support cross-country People processes, surveys, audits, and reporting. Adapt processes as required to align with local statutory updates and market practices.
IV. Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations. Professional certification such as CHRP/CIPD/SHRM (Level-1) or equivalent is preferred.

VI. Specific skills & knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
- Good understanding of local labour laws, immigration procedures, Governent systems.
- Experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relations professionally. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
