Position Title: Executive People Experience - HR
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Handle employee relation matters professionally and confidentially.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent handling of employee issues.
- Maintain documentation related to employee relations cases.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.
- Support implementation of engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Track participation and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Investigations & Compliance
- Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace concerns.
- Collect and document statements, evidence, and investigation findings.
- Prepare investigation reports with recommendations for resolution.
- Ensure all investigations are conducted fairly, objectively, and in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain HR records and databases accurately.
- Prepare regular HR reports including:
- Employee relations reports
- Investigation summaries
- Engagement metrics
- Attendance and disciplinary records
- Use Google Sheets and other tools to manage HR trackers and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data and generate insights for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR reports.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain HR trackers, templates, and documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Recommend improvements to employee experience processes.
- Assist in drafting HR communications, notices, and reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, reporting)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR / People Experience / Employee Relations.
- Experience handling employee grievances and investigations preferred.
- Experience working with HR reporting tools and Google Workspace.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in high-volume or operations-driven environments
- Exposure to labor law compliance and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in employee engagement program management
- Ability to create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
