Executive - MIS & Data Analyst

Position Objective

Warehouse Operations

• Ensure MRP labelling follows the operational plan and assigned shipment.
• Reconcile monthly physical inventory counts with inventory records in the system.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory count audits and warehouse activities.

Reporting and MIS

• Prepare daily dispatch reports and weekly open purchase order and open sales order reports.
• Prepare freight reports covering imports, distribution, and freight cost analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS covering revenue, inventory closing figures, regional sales, inventory ageing, warehouse costs, and import and distribution turnaround times.
• Prepare monthly stakeholder MRM reports and weekly warehouse rack-space allocation reports.
• Prepare transit delay and gap analysis reports, clearance reports, and customs duty reports for shipments.

Trackers and Monitoring

• Maintain import operation trackers for trade and non-trade activities and perform turnaround-time analysis.
• Maintain distribution, RMA, and DC trackers.
• Perform operations monitoring analysis.

Payments

• Submit payment forms to finance and accounts.
• Share UTR details with vendors.
• Collect monthly annexures from vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or BBA qualification with good academic records is required.
• The role requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS and data analytics.

Required Competencies

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools and reporting systems is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and dashboards is required.
• The role requires the ability to translate data into useful business information using MS Excel tools and analytics.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders is required.
• An organized, process-oriented, detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-driven, and ethical approach is expected.
