Job Description
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for machinery sales.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for machine-related inquiries.
- Appoint new customers and develop business relationships through regular customer visits.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to generate new customer leads.
- Expand sales to existing customers across the product region.
- Create techno-commercial proposals and responses to RFQs and RFPs.
- Develop and deliver product and technical presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors, products, services, and emerging printing-industry trends.
- Assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, system requirements, and specifications.
- Conduct presentations and proofs of concept and support technical due diligence.
- Support commercial offerings, contracting strategy, capture strategy, risk reviews, and technical offers.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
Qualifications and Competencies
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Printing Technology, Printing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- One to three years of experience in printing machinery sales.
Location
- The preferred location is East India, with Kolkata preferred.
