- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for technicians from onboarding to exit
- Handle attendance, leave, absenteeism tracking, and HRMS updates (PeopleStrong)
- Prepare daily labour reports, weekly absenteeism, and monthly HR reports
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance validation, and approvals within timelines
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and documentation
- Manage full & final settlements, exits, visa cancellation, and insurance updates
- Maintain personnel files, biometric records, and passport release processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
