Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper at Shangri-La Jeddah is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping activities, maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractive condition of the public areas and heart-of-the-house areas. By leading and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in alignment with Shangri-La’s luxury hospitality standards. This role oversees guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a consistently high-quality environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

As an Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to,

Ensure smooth housekeeping operations on a daily basis.

Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team, including supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.

Maintain team performance and process flow.

Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies.

Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times.

Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies.

Adheres to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel.

Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

What we are Looking For:

Has previous experience in a similar capacity from a luxury hotel preferably in GCC countries.

Takes pride in being a hotelier.

Enjoys interacting with people.

Fully understands room operations.

Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented.

Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English

Has strong interpersonal skills

Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others.

Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
