Role overview
Executive General Manager jointly leading Queensland operations for a growing automotive dealership group.
Part of the national leadership cohort, partnering with the COO, CEO, and EGM peers.

Responsibilities
- Lead performance across new and used car sales, aftersales, F&I, and customer engagement.
- Lead financial performance and build sustainable balance sheet resilience.
- Achieve OEM targets for volume, facilities, and customer experience/NPS.
- Build leadership-team capability and manage succession.
- Foster executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute strategy, drive sustainable growth, and ensure legal, workplace, environmental, and government compliance.
Candidate profile
- Bring deep automotive expertise and strong commercial instinct.
- Have a proven senior leadership record, including executive exposure at Board level.
- Build trust, unite teams, elevate leadership capability, and translate strategy into measurable results.
- Bring financial acumen and data fluency, and influence senior stakeholders and OEM partners.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and flexibility to travel as required.
