Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital transformation strategies
- Lead technology modernization and business process optimization initiatives
- Drive organizational change management and digital adoption programs
- Establish transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Oversee cross-functional strategic projects and enterprise initiatives
- Monitor transformation performance metrics and business outcomes
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders on innovation and growth strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Lead governance, risk management, and transformation oversight activities
- Manage strategic partnerships, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership and project teams
- Present transformation updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Experience
- 12–18 years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, consulting, business operations, or organizational strategy
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise change programs
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Strong background in organizational modernization and performance improvement
