Executive Director- Investor Solutions & Capital Raising

About This Role

Hays is working with a DIFC‑based investment bank to appoint an Executive Director, Investor Solutions & Capital Raising in a newly created role. This senior position will play a critical role in expanding the firm’s capital‑raising and investor coverage capabilities across the GCC, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.

The role is suited to a senior professional with deep investor relationships, an origination mindset, and experience structuring investment solutions

across alternative asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising and investor solutions initiatives across the GCC, with a strong emphasis on the Saudi market
• Originate, structure, and execute tailored investment solutions in close collaboration with internal investment banking and asset management teams
• Build, manage, and deepen direct relationships with GCC family offices, sovereign entities, and institutional investors
• Drive cross‑border fundraising efforts, leveraging international best practices and regional market expertise
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to investors, focusing on solution‑driven engagement rather than product‑led distribution
• Contribute to the firm’s broader growth strategy and long‑term market positioning

Key Requirements

• 12–15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior capital raising, investor coverage, or leadership role
• Proven track record in the Saudi market is essential
• Demonstrated direct LP access to GCC family offices, sovereigns, and institutional investors
• Experience across alternatives and/or real assets, beyond traditional mutual fund products
• Cross‑border experience, ideally including time in international financial centres (e.g. London or New York) and the GCC
• Strong origination and structuring mindset, with the ability to co‑create bespoke deals alongside investors
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and leadership capabilities
