Role Description

As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and executive-level direction to achieve the organization’s long-term vision, objectives, and performance goals.

You will lead the development and execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment between organizational priorities, operational activities, and sustainable growth initiatives.

Your role involves overseeing key business functions, driving organizational performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization in strategic discussions, partnerships, and business engagements.

You will promote collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment of efforts and effective execution of key initiatives.

Furthermore, you will drive organizational transformation, talent development, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen long-term capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

  • **Strong academic background in business administration, finance, economics, management, engineering, public administration, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of corporate strategy, organizational leadership, governance, and business performance management. Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to guide complex organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management knowledge. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and identify effective solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Strong understanding of operational management, organizational development, and performance optimization principles. Ability to lead large-scale transformation, growth, and change initiatives effectively. Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to balance long-term vision and execution priorities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in leadership. Proactive mindset focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and organizational excellence.
