Role Description
The Executive Director at B2MO - Entreprise générale will provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that organizational goals are met in line with long-term business objectives.
This full-time remote role includes developing and executing business plans, managing budgets and financial performance, and monitoring key performance indicators across the organization.
The Executive Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
The role involves making data-informed decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and continuously improving internal processes and service delivery.
The Executive Director will also represent the organization in external meetings and negotiations, support business development efforts, and report regularly to the board or ownership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate geographically distributed teams in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in operations management and process improvement within a services or construction-related business is highly beneficial.
- Capacity to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects with multiple priorities.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all leadership practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies.
