Executive - Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling support to staff and associates at the plant Maintain up-to-date counselling and training records, reports etc. and present the findings to internal stakeholders, as needed Collaborate with relevant plant teams to increase awareness of mental wellness and improve working environment in the plant Education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with additional certification in Counselling Experience 2 to 4 years of counselling experience.
